Plot Summary: Heavenly Sword is an emotional story of retribution that sees Nariko (Anna Torv), a blazing red-haired courageous woman, set out on a mission for retaliation against the attacking King Bohan (Alfred Molina) and his military. Once thought to be the disappointment of an incredible prediction, Nariko should use a sword that was eventually implied for another. This old Heavenly Sword, when having a place with a strong divinity, can never be used by a human without it gradually and unavoidably killing them. For Nariko, it is a test of skill and endurance to retaliate for her family before her life is unsalvageably surpassed by the all-powerful Heavenly Sword.
